Privacy Policy

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

This Privacy Policy explains how Omiquity, LLC (doing business as "Omiquity Health," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through this website (the "Site"). The Site is an informational teaser that lets clinicians, researchers, investors, and prospective partners register to receive updates and request early access to our full platform when it becomes available.

This Site does not collect health information, genomic data, or any patient records. It collects only the limited registration and technical information described below.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The data controller is:

Omiquity, LLC (d/b/a Omiquity Health) a Puerto Rico limited liability company 1225 Ave Ponce de Leon, PH-1589 San Juan, PR 00907, USA Contact: info@omiquity.com

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you register, we collect your name, professional role (clinician, researcher, investor, partner, or other), institution or organization, and email address.

Your consent record. We record the two consents you give on the registration form, the date and time of each, and an identifier for the version of the consent wording you were shown, so that we can demonstrate what you agreed to and when.

Information collected automatically. For security, abuse prevention, and basic operation, we or our service providers collect: your IP address (stored only in hashed form, not as a raw address), general browser and device information, your language preference (EN/ES), and timestamps of your interactions.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

4. Service providers who process your information

We use trusted third-party providers ("processors") to run the Site. They process information only on our instructions:

ProviderPurpose
SupabaseDatabase storage of registrations, consent records, and rate-limiting data
ResendSending confirmation and update emails
Cloudflare TurnstileBot and abuse detection (processes IP and browser signals)
VercelWebsite hosting and server logs

Processing by these providers takes place in the United States.

5. International data transfers

The Site is operated from and its data is stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. By registering, you understand this transfer occurs.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your registration information until the earlier of: (a) you ask us to delete it; or (b) 24 months from the date you registered, unless you register again or contact us during that period.

We do not track whether you open or click our emails, so we do not use engagement as a retention criterion. Unsubscribing stops us from emailing you but does not by itself delete your registration — ask us and we will delete it.

Rate-limiting records, which contain only a hashed IP address and no other personal data, are deleted after seven days.

7. Your choices and rights

You may, at any time:

To exercise any of these, use the unsubscribe link or contact info@omiquity.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, under Puerto Rico law or, for some visitors, the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws). We will honor rights that apply to you.

8. How we protect your information

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, storage of IP addresses only in hashed form, and access restricted to a small number of authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Cookies and tracking

This Site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a strictly necessary cookie or process device signals to tell humans from automated traffic. All fonts and images are served from our own domain, so simply viewing the Site does not disclose your IP address to any third-party content network.

10. Children

The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our Site or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
