These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Omiquity, LLC (doing business as "Omiquity Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or registering your interest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an informational teaser. It describes technology we are developing and lets clinicians, researchers, investors, and prospective partners register to receive updates and request early access to our full platform when it becomes available. The full platform is not yet available through this Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site.
3. No medical advice; investigational status
Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a medical opinion, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and nothing on the Site creates a clinician–patient relationship. The diagnostic and clinical technologies described on the Site are under development and investigational. They are not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority, and are not offered for clinical use through this Site. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
4. No offer of securities
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor an offer of any investment or financial product, in any jurisdiction. Any future offering of securities will be made only through appropriate documentation to eligible investors in compliance with applicable law. Selecting "Investor" when registering does not create any investment relationship or obligation.

The Site contains forward-looking statements about our goals, plans, and expectations — including statements about future capabilities, performance, cost, speed, accessibility, and reach. The Site and its contents — including text, design, the Omiquity Diffraction Spots symbol mark, the "OMIQUITY HEALTH" wordmark, logos, and other trademarks — are owned by Omiquity, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the Site normally.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or collect data from the Site; (b) submit false, abusive, or excessive form submissions; (c) attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or (d) use the Site in violation of any law.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may reference or link to third parties (for example, our institutional partners). We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omiquity, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omiquity, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our Site or obligations change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Qué es este Sitio
El Sitio es un adelanto informativo. Describe tecnología que estamos desarrollando y permite a médicos, investigadores, inversionistas y posibles colaboradores registrarse para recibir actualizaciones y solicitar acceso anticipado a nuestra plataforma completa cuando esté disponible. La plataforma completa aún no está disponible a través de este Sitio.
2. Elegibilidad
Usted debe tener al menos 18 años y capacidad para celebrar un acuerdo vinculante para usar el Sitio.
3. No es asesoría médica; carácter en investigación
Nada en el Sitio constituye asesoría médica, opinión médica, diagnóstico ni recomendación de tratamiento, y nada en el Sitio crea una relación médico–paciente. Las tecnologías diagnósticas y clínicas descritas en el Sitio están en desarrollo y en investigación. No están autorizadas ni aprobadas por la Administración de Alimentos y Medicamentos de EE.UU. (FDA) ni por ninguna otra autoridad reguladora, y no se ofrecen para uso clínico a través de este Sitio. Consulte siempre a un profesional de la salud cualificado para las decisiones médicas.

El Sitio se ofrece únicamente con fines informativos. Nada en el Sitio constituye una oferta de venta, ni una solicitud de oferta de compra, de ningún valor, ni una oferta de producto de inversión o financiero, en ninguna jurisdicción. 8. Uso aceptable
Usted se compromete a no: (a) usar bots, rastreadores o medios automatizados para acceder o recopilar datos del Sitio; (b) enviar formularios falsos, abusivos o excesivos; (c) intentar interrumpir, sondear u obtener acceso no autorizado al Sitio o sus sistemas; ni (d) usar el Sitio en violación de cualquier ley.

13. Ley aplicable y foro
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Usted acepta que cualquier controversia que surja de o se relacione con estos Términos o con el Sitio se presentará exclusivamente ante los tribunales ubicados en San Juan, Puerto Rico, y consiente la jurisdicción personal de dichos tribunales.
14. Cambios a estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos a medida que cambien nuestro Sitio o nuestras obligaciones. Publicaremos la versión actualizada con una nueva fecha de vigencia. El uso continuado tras los cambios significa que usted acepta los Términos actualizados.
